Submit An HOA CC&R Violation

A submitter's request MUST reference in the "DESCRIBE VIOLATION" area below, the appropriate HOA CC&R… Article, Section, Paragraph and Page… as it appears in the OFFICIAL CC&R DOCUMENT. To see the Official CC&R document, click on the HOA CC&Rs & ByLaws tab below. You will be taken to the HOA MEMBER DOCUMENTS page were the CC&R document is. Additionally, the submitter MUST attach a digital and or reasonable proof of documentation to substantiate the violation, including a date/time stamp if possible. Otherwise, the submitter will receive the following reply: "CC&R violation can not be substantiated. No action can be taken.”

Non-emergency numbers can be used for any general calls related to the police or fire department that don't pertain to a life-threatening emergency, including street parking violations, noise disturbances, etc.
